Lunibyte (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website lunibyte.com and related services. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit our site or use our free tools.

We keep data collection minimal:

Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location (derived from IP). We do not use this to identify you personally.
Contact information — if you email us at support@lunibyte.com, we receive the content of your message and your email address.
Launch waitlist — if you enter your email in a “Notify me” form, we keep that address and the product you chose so we can email you once when it launches. We don’t use it for anything else, don’t sell it, and you can ask us to delete it any time at support@lunibyte.com. Emails are sent through our email provider, Resend.
Chat messages — messages you send through the on-site assistant are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to generate replies. We do not store full conversation logs long-term.

To operate and improve the website and free tools.
To respond to your inquiries.
To understand aggregate usage patterns.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with:

Service providers that help us run the site (e.g., Cloudflare for hosting and AI features).

NoUpload and File Privacy

The NoUpload tool processes files entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party server.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies or similar technologies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising cookies.

Security

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, Cloudflare protections) to protect the limited data we handle. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Children

Our site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
