NoUpload is a set of browser-based PDF tools (merge, split, compress, and convert) operated by Lunibyte. Every tool runs entirely in your web browser: your files are never uploaded to our servers — we could not look at them even if we wanted to.
Your first 3 uses of the tools are included. The count is kept locally in your own browser — there is no account and no sign-up.
Pro removes the use limit and unlocks unlimited use of every tool. Plans: Monthly — $3/month, Yearly — $24/year, Lifetime — $49 one-time. Payment is processed by Stripe. After checkout, our server confirms the payment with Stripe and Pro activates automatically in the browser you used to pay; you also receive a license key — shown on the Pro page and emailed to the address you used at checkout — that unlocks your other browsers and devices. Please keep your license key private. There are no accounts or passwords. Monthly and Yearly licenses are re-checked with Stripe when your paid period ends.
"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the NoUpload service — not the lifetime of the buyer. Your Lifetime plan stays active for as long as NoUpload operates, with no further payments.
If we ever decide to discontinue NoUpload, we will:
If the service is discontinued within 12 months of your Lifetime purchase, we will refund your Lifetime payment in full.
Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel at any time — through the link in your Stripe receipt email, or by emailing us — and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
If Pro does not work in your browser and we cannot fix it, email support@lunibyte.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The Lifetime shutdown promise in the section above applies on top of this. When a payment is refunded or disputed, the Pro license bought with it stops working (subscriptions: when the subscription ends; Lifetime: at the next license check).
Your files never leave your device — that is the whole design of NoUpload. The only things stored on your device are a use counter and, if you buy Pro, your license key, kept in your browser's local storage. To activate or renew Pro, your browser sends our server the Stripe checkout reference or your license key — never your files — and our server asks Stripe whether the payment or subscription is active. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never receive or store your card number, and Stripe's privacy policy covers the payment data you enter at checkout. We use the email address you give Stripe at checkout only to send your license key (and resend it when you ask on the Pro page); emails are delivered through our email provider, Resend. If you email us, we keep your message so we can answer you. We do not sell personal data.
You are responsible for the documents you process. Do not use NoUpload to infringe anyone's rights or to break the law.
NoUpload is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates are posted on this page, and material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use NoUpload after a change means you accept the updated terms.
